I love this month's layout. It's super simple and inspired by my favorite scrapper Shanna Noel. 

I started out with a white sheet of cardstock and stamped the top border, title, and bottom border with staze-on. I then spattered a bit of the pink mist (mixed with perfect pearls) on the page. I used the mist mixture and painted in the title letters; and then did the same for the cityscape at the bottom. I added the journaling card and the picture and finished the page off with some star wood veneers.
